Venus Beauty  LA CLINICA  online store gives you the customer the convenience of quick and easy secure shopping.  All our products displayed on our shopping site can be purchased using a secure online BNZ Securit-E  Eway transaction facility as our payment gateway provider. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment. Venus Beauty does not hold any cardholder information.

PRICING
All prices in the online shop are in local currency (NZD for New Zealand Dollars).

  This is displayed on customer checkout.  All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter website or Trifold Brochure prices  for any reason at any time. All Credit card and online debt card transactions are processed in New Zealand, in New Zealand dollars.

 

LA CLINICA ONLINE STORE:  We accept all online credit cards and online payment cards for the use of  purchasing product from the LA CLINICA online store using a secure online BNZ Securit-E  Eway transaction facility as our payment gateway provider.  Packages will not be sent until payments have been cleared, please contact us if you have problems with payment.

 

SHIPPING

All items will be packaged into a courier safe bag & will be tracked. Your products will be sent to the address given during check out. Packages sent within Tauranga area will arrive within 2-3 business days and packages sent outside the Tauranga area nationwide will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct delivery address. Venus Beauty will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has advised us of the incorrect  address. Should you enter the wrong address, Venus Beauty is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Venus Beauty is only permitted to supply  LA CLINICA orders within New Zealand.
 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Venus Beauty takes every effort to ensure the quality of LA CLINICA products arrive to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your purchase please email tamara@venusbeauty.co.nz and  we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Venus Beauty  is not obligated to issue refunds, but we will happily exchange or replace any product as long as it is in unopened re sellable condition, please purchase carefully.   If you experience a reaction to any products simply reduce usage to once – twice weekly, so your skin can adjust to the active ingredients, if the reaction continues then please send photos to tamara@venusbeauty.co.nz or 021 372 120 or make an in salon appointment so we can diagnose suitable replacement products

Venus Beauty never passes on, sells or distributes your information to any other companies or parties part there of.  Your information you surrender in salon or online purchase will be used solely by Venus Beauty to promote and market to you only.

On customers checkout page along with products and sale total, the SSL secure certified site logo appears also, assuring the buyer can purchase with confidence of card information security.

 

YOUNG CHILDREN AND BABIES

Unfortunately we cannot host babies or young children in the salon area... its best if you arrange alternative care for them whilst you visit the salon
